Came here on short notice on a Friday morning to get some alterations done for a wedding reception the next day in the afternoon. Everything I needed was done quickly, professionally and for a very fair price. This shop is a nice little place run out of the owners home but dont let that fool you. Would definitely recommend again if you need quick, quality alterations in the Greater Phoenix area.

We needed a suit tailored and she was the only one open that day and time. She did it in a day and amazing customer service and super nice lady. I will be recommending her to anyone i know that needs some kind of alteration.

Had new elastic put into a skirt and it looks and fits perfectly. Aretis is responsive, sweet, does a super great job, and is fair on pricing. Will definitely be using for any future alteration needs. Very very happy with the alteration I received.

Had an emergency zipper repair of my son's work pants. I called Aretis who agreed to replace the zipper and did so in less 1 hour. Viola! My kid was able to get back to work! We have come here several times for items to be repaired and also to have patches sewn onto jackets. Each experience has been quick and easy, and the work has been great. One time the woman who works here even fixed a shirt for us for free because it was just a small hole. Great customer service.

It is cash only so be sure to have some on hand when you head in. We have paid on pick up but have never done any major alterations so be prepared just in case. I'd definitely recommend for any repair needs you may have!

This lady is awesome. I had a polo shirt that had a hole in it, so I brought it here shortly before the store was about to close. She quoted me a price of only 3 dollars for the repair, but she only takes cash or check and all I had was my debit card. I offered to go to the ATM, but she said "Don't worry about it" and told me it would be no charge. The entire repair was completed within 5 minutes from when I walked in the door. I highly recommend supporting this local business. Great service.

I've been using them for alterations and repairs for years. I trust them so much I even had them do my wedding dress alterations. They have always done a great job, for a low price and with quick turnaround time. I don't find them rude at all, they are foreign and sometimes people mistake that for rude. I once begged her to take in a dress that I needed done that night for a party and of course she did it...I met my future husband at that party, in that dress...so I brought him in to meet her and told her the story about the party and the dress and we both thanked her...we have been going there ever since.
